There is a 1-YEAR WARRANTY on all items.

Our representatives will provide a replacement for defective items (without artificial damage). We can recommend you a similar item if the one you bought has been discontinued.

In case the items you purchase stop working in a month (not artificially damaged), you can request a full refund.

The Requirement of Warrany

Evidence of purchase containing the defective item and the date of order. A warranty replacement will not be issured unless a proof of purchase can be provided.

A brief description of what is the problem about the goods.

Once delivery has been made and your request has been approved by our customer service team, we will inform you with replacement information. If it the item is artificially damaged during delivery, the warranty will be null and void.
